DoughNation is Westchester County’s first caterer of mobile wood-fired pizza and was voted “Best Food Truck” by Westchester Magazine. DoughNation was created in 2012 by Chef David DiBari of The Cookery and The Parlor restaurants, both in Dobbs Ferry, NY, to bring his love for Neapolitan pizza ”Anywhere You Want It”.
This lovable little pizza truck spins perfectly blistered Neapolitan pizza topped with carefully sourced local ingredients from a 900° wood-burning oven. You can find the DoughNation pizza truck catering private parties, corporate events and special occasions throughout Westchester County and the Hudson Valley.
DoughNation also regularly appears at farmer’s markets throughout the area.
